IWSGRGM 2027 will be hosted by San Diego State University in San Diego, California, from April 19–23, 2027.
Details about the conference venue, nearby hotels, transportation, parking, and accessibility will be posted as arrangements are finalized.
International Participants and Invitation Letters
Accepted presenters and registered participants may request an invitation or participation-confirmation letter from the workshop organizers by contacting [email protected].
The letter will confirm factual information, including the workshop’s name, dates, location, and the participant’s role as an accepted presenter or registered attendee. Participants may include this letter with their visa application or interview materials.
Visa applications and travel arrangements are the responsibility of each participant. An invitation or confirmation letter does not establish visa eligibility or guarantee visa approval. SDSU International Affairs does not issue these letters or coordinate participants’ visa applications.
Planned Technical Visit to NASA JPL
Information about transportation, registration, and participation requirements for the planned technical visit to NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory will be posted as arrangements are finalized. Participation will be subject to confirmation and applicable access requirements.
